We were referred to Lintons Carpet Cleaning by Cascade Flooring America, Vancouver, WA. They came out, gave us an estimate and did exactly what they said they would. They also called the day before to confirm appointment, arrived promptly and did an exceptional job of clearning!! They said they will follow up on futrue cleanings as we should be doing to maintain our carpet. We would recommend you using them if you expect quailty work!! Linton’s Carpet Cleaning was recommended to our organization thru a well established furniture company via their interior design department. We had quite a challenge having delicate sheer swag drapes mounted/stapled on boards – we did not feel comfortable in having them removed for cleaning as holding the integrity of the design was of utmost importance to us.
Linton’s team met with us in our church in Portland. He did not have an opinion; rather he left and spent the next several days doing research on cleaning and preserving our precious swags. on for quite a few years. We took a chance after another carpet cleaning service was used at our home and did not do a good cleaning. Linton came in, told us what he would do and followed thru. Not only did he clean our carpets better, but promised that if any “spots” reappeared to call and he would come back and retreat them. As our carpet was in need of a good cleaning, we thought this was a promise that may not be kept. But, true to his word, when a few spots did come back, Linton returned and treated the spots and removed them. Over the course of the years, we only used Linton as his service was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. He uses only the best equipment and offers advice on how to keep the carpest cleaner and maintan them over the years.
We also used Linton to clean the carpets at our church, one set being very stained with coffee and food. Linton spent 5 hours,
more than we would of expected, working on the spot and cleaning the carpets. He did an outstanding job, and was recommended for future cleanings, which we did call him again.
Personally, we have found Linton to be a true professional, not only as a person who is friendly, but looks over the carpets that need to be cleaned, offering advice as to cleaning solutions, what needs to be done but never “forceing” his services on the customers.
We, not only as a private residential customer, but as our church family also, would not hesitate to recommend LINTON CARPET CLEANING SERVICE to anyone. More to the fact, his service would be highly recommended over some very well known national companies who seem to just want to “get in, get the job done and get out”, not interacting with the customers.
